3D Printing

We provide multiple 3D printing technologies to meet various customer needs. Our capabilities include FDM, SLA, and SLS, offering flexibility to tackle projects of different complexities and material requirements. Whether you’re producing prototypes or finished products, our 3D printing services ensure accuracy and reliability.

Plastic Welding

Though limited in capacity, we offer plastic welding, assembly, and repair services. Our expertise in this area allows us to deliver precise solutions for customers needing small-scale plastic fabrication.

Forming

We provide limited bending and forming services for thin-gauge aluminum and plastics. Using a magnetic finger brake and a small CNC press, we can shape materials with precision to match the specific needs of your project.

Equipment:

Our state-of-the-art facility houses a variety of advanced machines to handle projects of any scale:

• 3 CNC Camaster Routers: Each with a working capacity of 60” x 120” (5’x10’) and equipped with automatic tool changers and vacuum hold-down systems. These routers ensure precision and efficiency across large and small projects alike.
• 2 HAAS CNC Mills: Offering a 16” x 30” working area and automatic tool changers, these mills provide the flexibility needed for intricate parts and complex designs.
• 3D Printers: We use multiple printers for various 3D printing processes.

• 150-Watt Laser: With a 36” x 55” working area, our laser system offers high-precision cutting and engraving. Rotary attachments enable us to etch wood, acrylic, glass, and more, while laser-cut acrylics feature polished edges for a clean, finished look.
• 1 FDM LulzBot printer with an 11” x 11” print area.
• 3 FormLabs SLA printers with 6” x 6” print areas.
• 1 FormLabs SLS Nylon12 Laser Sintering Printer, with a build volume of 6.25” x 6.25” x 11.25”.

• 16″ x 30″ working area
• 30+1 tool changer for efficient multi-tool use

3-Axis CNC Routing

We provide three options for CNC routing:

• Multicam MG (4’ x 8’ capacity)
• Multicam 3000 (5’ x 10’ capacity)

• Multicam 5000 (5’ x 10’ capacity)

MultiVision Registration System

This system automatically calculates the skew of printed graphics and adjusts the cutting paths accordingly, ensuring precise cutting and drawing for materials up to 5’ x 10’ in size.

150-Watt Laser Cutter/Engraver

With a 36” x 55” work area and rotary attachments, our laser cutter/engraver can handle a wide range of materials, producing high-quality, polished-edge results for acrylics, wood, and glass.
